Sports, fun and relaxing in unique nature... simply the better climate

The landscape around Freudenstadt's local mountain, the Kienberg, rises to an altitude of about 830 metres. The wide meadows and forests of this recreational area are very close to the city. With its unique landscape, the area invites you to spend an active vacations and to do good for yourself in the healthy climate. 

Freudenstadt Tourism offers health climate hiking tours for the health-conscious on special certified hiking trails on which you are accompanied by a climate therapist.

Regular pulse and blood pressure checks during the walk are included as well as attention to correct breathing. Before attending a health climate hiking tour or a climate therapy, you should consult your physician, who performs a risk-check and accompanies the climate therapy in Freudenstadt and Lossburg medically.

The training sessions are identified in a personal consultation with the climate therapist, following guidelines set by the physician. Consultation fee 5,00 € per person, duration approx. 30 minutes.

The hiking tours are held in groups in the evenings and at the weekends by appointment. Participation fee 10,00 € per person.
